Can i work here?

AS UKRAINIAN CITIZEN: YES You can work here for a certain period of time, without the need of a visa, as soon as an employment contract is signed

AS NON-UKRAINIAN CITIZEN: YES, but only if you have an appropriate residence permit, a contract with your employer and fulfill other legal requirements

AS AN ASYLUM SEEKER: YES You will receive a special document which will also allow you to work in Moldova

can i study here?

In principle YES!

If your application has been accepted by the educational institution and the other requirements are also met (in particular, if you are able to pay your university fees, if needed, etc.)
